Genetic Information and Nondiscrimination Act (GINA)

The EEOC has released the new GINA poster and our federal poster is up-to-date with the new law. Order the new federal now. The government will begin enforcing the Title II portion of GINA, affecting the way employers handle genetic information, on November 21, 2009.
