Account Manager
Position Summary
GovDocs prides itself on providing superior service to all of our customers - from the online purchaser of one poster to Fortune 500 and 100 customers. We are the industry leader in product and service quality as well as professionalism and integrity. The Account Manager position is responsible to manage assigned Corporate Accounts and for general customer service and administration for all GovDocs accounts.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Manage ongoing relationship with assigned Corporate Accounts
- On-boarding new accounts
- Follow-up on in-bound leads and targeted marketing campaigns
- Consult and educate customers on the impact of mandatory and non-mandatory labor law updates
- Order Entry and invoicing
- Returns Management
- Annual renewal processing
- Question/problem resolution
Customer service for online/phone customers
- Order Entry
- Monitor General Voicemail and Email boxes
- Question/problem resolution
The successful candidate:
- Is highly self motivated
- Exhibits excellent organizational and time management skills
- Possesses exceptional attention to detail
- Has 3-5 years front-line account management experience
- Believes customer service is a calling and a gift, not just a job
